Registering for GMAT Test
To take the GMAT test, the applicants should first select the convenient test center. Most of the GMAT test centers are permanently established and are operated on their own schedules and can accommodate for various test takers during every test date.
You can find the list of test centers from GMAT Information Bulletin for Testing in 2008 or you can log on to www.gmac.com. For this students have to register for the GMAT test through either of the available sources, it can through online at www.mba.com, or by phone, or mail. Students can check out the various dates and times that the test is offered, pay for the test, and even reschedule a test date.
Online Registration To register an appointment for GMAT online, students should sign up as a registered user of the www.mba.com website. Ensure to enter the name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the identification you will present at the test center. Fee payments can only be made by credit card or debit card. Be sure to have your VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or JCB® card ready. Schedule your GMAT appointment now.
Register by Phone To register your appointment for GMAT by phone, you have to call the following number:

You have to make the payment of the fee only by the credit card or debit card (either of Visa, or MasterCard, or JCB or American Express cards only).
Register by Fax To register for the GMAT test by fax, you have to download the GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and complete it with all the required information. To complete it, you will also need the Test Center Code List, in which you get the Site ID numbers and the Country Code List. The fee payment has to be made through the credit card or debit card (either of Visa, or MasterCard, or JCB or American Express cards only). Register By Mail To register for the GMAT test by mail, you have to download the GMAT Appointment Scheduling Form and complete it with all the required information. To complete it, you will need the Test Center Code List, in which your get the Site ID numbers and the Country Code List.
